Letter from Lethbridge Tail Blazers’ Owner

Dear Friends,

In 2005 my husband David and I made a huge decision that we wanted to own a business. We began looking at existing businesses for sale, but found none that caught our eye. Then one morning while reading the local paper I found an ad that offered franchise opportunities, Health Food Store for Pets. I made the telephone call and was informed that there was a store opening in Calgary that weekend and it was recommended that we attend to get more information.

David and I made the trip, and we both were very excited. We had finally found a business that we would enjoy. We felt Lethbridge was ready for this innovative concept, which focuses on the nutritional well being of pets. Officially, Tail Blazers Lethbridge opened on September 19, 2005. Every day my staff and I listen to happy pet guardians, who now through proper nutrition, find their pets are energetic, happy and very healthy.
